Why Work With Dr. Zac
Neuroscience for the Real World
Clinical Expertise
Grounded in clinical neuropsychology and years of experience understanding human behavior, Dr. Zac brings a deeper understanding of how people think, communicate, respond to pressure, and make decisions.
Practical, Not Academic
Complex neuroscience is translated into clear, relatable strategies leaders and teams can understand, remember, and use in real situations.
Understand the Brain Behind the Behavior
Communication problems, leadership challenges, conflict, trust, resistance to change, and decision-making all involve the brain. Dr. Zac helps organizations understand what’s happening beneath the behavior so they can respond more effectively.

MEET DR. ZAC
Organizations Are Powered by Brains
Dr. Zac Yanis is a clinical neuropsychologist, speaker, consultant, and educator who has spent his career studying something every organization depends on: how people think, communicate, make decisions, respond to pressure, and change their behavior.
We tend to talk about leadership, communication, culture, trust, conflict, and decision-making as separate organizational issues. But every one of them involves the brain. The conversation that suddenly becomes defensive. The employee who stays quiet in a meeting. The leader making a high-stakes decision under pressure. The team resisting a change that makes perfect sense on paper.
That’s where Dr. Zac’s background in neuropsychology provides a different perspective. Instead of starting with what people should do differently, he helps organizations understand what may be driving the behavior in the first place, then turns that understanding into practical ways to communicate, lead, make decisions, and work together more effectively.
